The team

Our stylists

Five specialists, no juniors on the floor, and no one working on a service they were not trained for. You can request anyone by name when you book.

Hair — cutting, restyling, consultation

Twenty years behind the chair, eight of them running a floor in Brussels before she opened Regale in 2019.

She cuts dry, works to the way your hair actually falls rather than the way it behaves after a blow-dry, and will tell you honestly when the picture on your phone will not survive your morning routine. Most of her clients have been with her longer than the salon has existed.

Master Colourist

Marc Delvaux

Hair — colour, balayage, correction

Trained in Antwerp, then five years in Paris on a colour floor where nothing left the salon without being signed off twice.

He now spends most of his week on corrective work other salons turn down. Ask him about grey blending, which is the thing he is quietly best at and the thing he never puts on a poster.

Hair — short shapes, texture, curl

Came to hairdressing through barbering, which shows in his short shapes and in his patience.

Curl, cowlicks, thinning, hair that has never quite behaved — this is his territory. He is unhurried in a way that people who have had bad haircuts tend to find reassuring.

Head of Skin

Noor Aalders

Skin — facials, deep cleansing, brows

A qualified aesthetician who treats skin as a long project rather than a single good afternoon.

Expect to leave a first facial with a plan and a short, deeply unglamorous list of things to stop doing. She is not interested in selling you twelve products when three will do.

Head of Nails

Camille Okonjo

Nails — manicure, pedicure, structured gel

Precise, fast, and entirely unbothered by a difficult nail bed.

Her structured gel work is the reason clients drive in from Namur and Mons for a Saturday appointment. If you have been told your nails are too weak for gel, book with her before you believe it.

Not sure who to ask for? Book a consultation and cut and we will put you with the right person.
